“My approach to food is to let the ingredients speak for themselves. I use fresh ingredients and innovative ideas and methods to craft our menu. I take a level of dedication to all aspects of my menu, offering healthy bowls, panini pressed sandwiches, salads, creative soups, brunch and yummy desserts all baked in-house. It starts with sourcing the best and freshest ingredients. At the café, I pair ingredients and develop dressings, sauces and chutneys to create food that is imaginative, inventive and of course scrumptious. Creating great tasting food is something I take seriously.”
